With orders coming in from multiple channels and no centralized process, All In One struggled to keep up with inventory, fulfillment, and rapid growth in New York’s cannabis market.
All In One faced several operational challenges as New York’s legal cannabis market rapidly grew. They struggled with a scattered order management system, where orders came through multiple channels (email, text, call), leading to confusion, overcommitting products, and long response times. Their lack of a structured fulfillment process also resulted in missed orders and customer dissatisfaction. Additionally, their small team needed a more efficient, centralized platform to manage B2B sales as the business expanded.
They were also gearing up to enter the white label manufacturing market, positioning themselves as a potential distributor for other brands while pushing their own in-house products to retailers across the state.
